We've been so happy with these that we just ordered a 2nd pack of four for our newborn son - the elastic around the leg is great at containing the newborn "poopsplosions" and the diapers wash and dry as quickly as prefolds. My only wish is that they had snaps or hook and loop fasteners - the weave of the cotton is tight enough that snappis don't hold these well. The lack of fasteners isn't an issue during the day when I can make sure the diaper is securely folded inside the diaper cover, but I've added velcro for night time changes as my sleep deprived brain needs the convenience at 3am.
