I recently heard about this carrier on Twitter and I had to give it a try because I adore baby wearing! My little girl is 8 months and she fits into this carrier perfectly! Her weight is distributed really well onto my hips, this is because the belt is super thick and has Tons of support. I also like that it has a high body, so my little one is fully supported and I can nurse ever so discretely. It also works as a back carrier,but I haven't used it that way yet. Now for the best part, the Onya has a hidden compartment in the front that you unzip and out comes a seat that works on any chair! Now, I have to say, it took me a little while to get this part down but I love that I can stop anywhere and chill for a min. This is a carrier that is well crafted and a lot of thought went into it. It is kind of pricy but worth every penny, it is going to last for sure!!

I purchased this carrier for the purpose of using mostly as a back carrier. I originally was going to purchase the Beco Gemini, but it has a 35lb weight limit, and, having a heavier baby, I really wanted a carrier that I could use for a long time to come. So after much research, on many web sites, I came across this beauty. I was impressed by the seat function, the weight limit, and the fact that it came in beautiful light colors, instead of super hot black. Now that I have it, I am in love. The cotton fabric is super soft, and light weight. It is very easy to get my baby in and out of it, even for a back carry. It is wider than an Ergo, which is nice for my stocky little guy, and the straps hit at just the right place that gives him plenty of room mto move his arms. And It is exceptionally comfortable for me. I carried him for 2 hours, and could have kept going. I absolutely love this carrier, and would highly recommend it to anyone.
