I purchased this play mat for my 2 month old and she LOVES it! The toys provided are great, she loves them all! The birds make a chirping noise(and a crinkly noise), the monkey makes a funny noise and the lion and elephant are rattles.You can easily put any hanging toy you want on this play mat. You can hang them high or low. You can take the "canopy" off and just use the mat too. It all folds up for easy storage and travel. Although, the mirror and pillow have no specific place when it is closed up....I just attach the mirror at the very top and tuck the pillow in once it's closed.I have not washed this yet, but it is made of a great material that wiped up easily.This item was just what I wanted and my daughter loves it! And it was cheaper than most!

I didn't read this in the description (not sure if it was mentioned there) but the box says 0-5 months, and they're right. We bought this around five months and it only entertained our twins for a couple of days. They were perfectly happy on a quilt on the floor but I thought it would be nice to have some toys hanging above. The toys hang pretty low, though, even on the "high" clip, and I think they just found it annoying. They loved the mirror, though, so I've detached that to keep as a toy and put the rest up in the attic. Would have liked to have tried it earlier, because I think the tummy pillow would have helped with one of the boys, who didn't seem to like tummy time at first unless he was on a soft bed.

I was looking for a tummy time mat and a play gym for my twins without spending an arm and a leg for it. Most gyms and mats are quite a bit more expensive than this one so I was curious if the product would be lacking something because of it. I was pleasently surprised however. This is a great activity gym and tummy time mat. I'm glad I made the purchase and would recommend this product. The mat itself can be easily wiped up with a damp cloth if a baby spits up on it, preventing stains. It's a very good size, I can fit both of my babies on under it. One plays with the dangling toys, the other looks at herself in the mirror. Very pleased with this toy.
