I have tried them all, the Moby - too hard when dealing with a screaming baby, the Bjorn - is a crotch dangler, not good for spine development, the Ergo - bulky and expensive. Then I came across the perfect carrier. It is compact, folds into a small square when not in used (easy storage in the diaper bag), it's comfortable, and flexible (tummy to tummy and forward facing).
Good for when baby's about 3 or 4 months old and has good head control to about 30 pounds. The straps are wide and padded and the weight of the baby is distributed across your back.
The adjust-ability is an extra nice feature, to ensure both comfort on the baby wearer and the baby.

I have the brown carrier with adjustable straps. It has a very nice look and I really like the ease of use. I have tried a few other carriers that are complicated to put on quickly or take up way too much room in a diaper bag. My baby enjoys facing outward and he has been comfortable in this carrier and I think he is secure. I had a problem with the zipper but Posh Margot has been great to work with and resolved the problem for me quickly. I bought this carrier off the recommendation of a friend and I would recommend it to others.

I've been looking for a good mei tai carrier for a while. I love the idea of Ergo Baby but it looks too bulky and it's way too expensive for us. After reading some great reviews here, I decided to give this Chinese brand "MiniZone" baby carrier a try. I've choose Yellow because it looks nice and unisex on the picture, but the strip color is latte instead of yellow; however, I still think it looks great and warm. I know all the picture shows a man or a woman carry the baby in the front, but I've been using it around the house while carrying my 8 month old son on my back while working in my kitchen, it does take a little time to "squeeze" myself through the X-shaped carrier strips through my head while make sure my baby is still position correctly inside the carrier on my sofa. This carrier have great back support and I never develop back pain using it. I can carry him for an hour or so while working in the kitchen, and he loves to be carry in it too! Posh Margot is a good seller, I have received my shipment very quickly through USPS. I highly recommend this baby carrier and this seller to everyone who's consider to buy a baby carrier.
