Our patent-pending support belt makes it easier to carry heavier babies and toddlers. It is compatible with the pikkolo carrier as well as our mei tai (and most brand mei tais).You simply thread your carrier through the belt and leave on for a more traditional padded SSC-style waistband. I highly recommend this for the Pikkolo baby carrier. I use this with my Pikkolo and it really helps take the pressure off of my shoulders. The only problem I have with it is that I'm short (5'2") and it takes a little for me to get it adjusted comfortably on me. But I think if I was a little taller it wouldn't be a problem.
