This seller that I dealt with was unpleasant and unyielding. The very next day (and mind you the product wasn't supposed to ship - according to them- for another 5 days)I attempted to cancel. They refused. It was frustrating, and just wrong.The product itself is beautiful and well made. With the changing station and rack for wipes, bottles, etc. it is impossible to take it down quickly. Once the changing station is no longer needed however this unit is easily packed away for travel.
