While a mei tai is not quite as comfortable as a Moby or similar humongous wrap sling, it is very close and much easier to put on. I find it far more comfortable for front carrying than an Ergo (although my husband prefers the Ergo to the mei tai). The BabyHawk is well made and my kiddo loves to chew on the straps. I thought I wasn't going to use the integrated headrest but I love it and I'm glad it didn't buy a mei tai without one.
