I love my Beco Gemini! It is incredibly comfortable to wear, and keeps my baby happy and my hands free all at the same time. I love that it's easy to throw on and take off, and adjusts easily between my husband and I. (I'm 5'4 and he's 6'2) I ordered mine in foxy and it looks really nice. I love that's it's not girly so my husband can wear it too. The carrier is nicely padded around the shoulders and throughout the baby seat. It also keeps baby's legs in the proper ergonomic position. My daughter fell asleep in it the first time we used it. We had gone on a hour long walk and after taking her out my back felt fine, no aches or pains. I'v even breastfed her while using this carrier. So far i have used it with her facing me, front facing and the hip carry and all have been comfortable. The baby's weight is placed more so along the middle of your back (since the straps form an "x" in the back) and your hips. I did extensive research beforehand and had it narrowed down to the Cybex 2.0 and the Beco Gemini, and I'm so happy I went with the Gemini!

I had tried 3 others carriers before FINALLY buying the Beco. The first was a Moby wrap which was ok, but tough as she got older and frankly, there is just too much going on with those. I also had a Bjorn which was great for versatility but it killed my back. I ended up having severe back pain whenever I wore it and when I retired it, I never had to go to the chiropractor ever again. I also tried an Ergo which my daughter hated for some unknown reason. I was starting to think I'd never be able to wear her but then I got my Beco Gemini in Sierra which I think is so cute. Everything changed!She LOVES being in it (facing in even, which she used to hate) and I wear it almost daily with no pain! The babies weight is put on your hips instead of back/neck which made soooo much of a difference. This was the best thing I've bought for baby. I got it when she was 4 months but I wish I'd had it sooner. It's a splurge but its so worth it. It makes traveling, shopping, and even chores actually possible if you have a baby who needs attention and who loves moving around. Beco is a LIFESAVER! Buy this carrier only!

I only have experience with the baby bjorn outside of this and this is much more comfortable! I didn't give it a five because it is somewhat bulky, I wanted it to be smaller than the ergo but it is only just a bit. I love the print and my infant fit great!
