My 6 month old daughter loves this toy. She's been using it for several months now and reaches for it. The little rubber ends must feel good on her sore gums and they serve as little textured tags which she just loves. One complaint is that the squeaker nose is hard to squeak even for me. She definately can't push on it to make it squeak. Not a deal breaker for me though. Glad I bought it.
