Our daughter had colic from day two after being born. Once we got her home she was not sleeping at night at all, and then began having severe gas pains from her formula. Even after changing it, we couldn't figure out what to do. My husband ordered this item to see if sleeping at an angle would help, it worked! Our daughter would pass out in this thing and slept wonderfully. It was great when she had colic, I could rock her with my foot when I would get exhausted, and this fit both by the sofa or the bed. Once she got older it also helped to feed her her bottles when she didn't want to be held, and she loved turning over and laying on her tummy watching TV until she got too big.This is an amazing product, completely safe and wonderful. Just one thing: A lot of people have said their baby has gotten flat heads from it. We would put down a very soft blanket folded on the bottom to keep our baby from being on the hard plastic. When she was old enough to turn over and move the blanket, we took it out, and at that point flat head syndrome was not a concern. Do NOT leave your baby in this 24/7, try to get them to sleep in their cribs or in your arms at least a small portion of the day. Any baby that gets flat head syndrome from this product is from the parent NOT the item.

My daughter LOVES this! We have had her sleeping in it since day 1. When she was a newborn, my husband had to work early so my daughter and I slept in the living room. She slept in this and I slept on the couch...it was just easier with those late night feedings. This sleeper folds up with the click of the button and you can take it from room to room or put it in your trunk and take it on a trip. My daughter is now 5 months old and still fits in it but is getting to the age we need to start putting her in her crib, otherwise we would keep using it. The only downside is that she sleeps 12 hrs a night so some morning she wakes up with a REALLY wet diaper and it has soaked through. Well the pink part is removable and washable, however the part underneith that is not so if it soaks through that (on occasion) then it can smell. Otherwise this is the best thing I've ever purchased for her and YES I would purchase it again! It has straps that go around her waist for safety, which we need nowadays because she has started sitting up in it...and would go further if she wasn't strapped in.
