This item is fine, but don't order it from Global Pets! Mine arrived in a box so torn and damaged that half the parts were missing. It took me three days to get someone to respond to my calls & e-mails to help, and then they were unhelpful & had a very difficult process for me to get a replacement.I left negative feedback about the transaction, and within an hour, someone at Global Pets called my home & work phone numbers to chew me out for the feedback! It was creepy! I had to fight with him to even get any promise of a replacement being sent, all he cared about was when I would remove the feedback. Finally, he said the replacement would be sent right away, but now, days later, it hasn't been sent & no one at the company knows when it will be.I've cancelled the order, since I can find it through any number of companies that will treat me professionally and not act like stalkers when I say something they don't like.
