I have the same 2 issues as other reviewers-- it's a pain to lift the entire seat and toddler in the air to lower and raise the wheels. Also the curb thing, not being able to lean it back with the handle is a challeng. The handle does not come up very high, and securing it with a seatbelt or the included attachment is a bit confusing-- the instructions are not very clear. The seat has an area for the seat belt to go, but I'm still not sure I'm securing it correctly. Still, I'm glad I bought it since there is nothing else like it around, and it was definitely better and safer than the trips we took without it.
