I got this used, but I am thinking about getting a second one. It is very easy, one handed open and close of the latch. The marked measurements make it easy to adjust between doorways (I now have the two I switch it between memorized). Just has been very handy and is just tall enough to make my terriers (20 lbs) think twice about trying to jump it and stays put (as long as it's mounted tightly - and sometimes it feels like you may be doing it too tight but it is very flexible) even when they bounce up against it. I highly recommend.
