After the first time my toddler fell, we realized that he wouldn't tolerate an adult ice pack on his head so I searched and found this. When he inevitably stumbles and starts to cry I ask him if we need to go get "boo boo bunny" and he stops crying and walks over to the freezer. It's great and I'm actually able to ice his bumps and bruises for a few minutes.
