I have used this bracelet for my three babies. For my first, tt was very helpful in the middle of the night to track/remember when the last feeding was. It was helpful after my second baby to track all feedings when I was not only busy with my newborn but toddler also. With my last baby, I was able to know exactly when she wanted a feeding by looking at the bracelet and noticing a pattern when I didn't have time for tracking anything with two other young ones. Additionally, this is a great method for tracking other baby needs like how long a nap was or what time the last nap/food/diaper change was when you don't need to really worry about tracking feedings any longer. I used mine for many months for all my kids. Also, for those worried about not tracking which breast to start feeding from, I simply changed the wrist which is it on to indicate where I started the feeding session - no big deal, even easier at night time feedings than turning on a light to see or change the R/L indicator.
