Desperately needed support for my cervical area and lumbar, as I have had seven back surgeries. To be fair, I do need a more supportive bed, but figured why not try this? LOVED LOVED LOVED position of my spine and started to sleep through the night. My only complaint is the interior stuffing becomes compressed in as little as only one month. The pillow then becomes quite useless as it is like sleeping on just the mattress again.So far, I have been buying a new one every one and a half months, but trying to stretch to two months. I have tried other models, but just not enough neck and lower hip / lumber support.All in all, I love the product once it is new, but between the cost of each pilow and aggravation of returning, it is a hassle.If you are willing to do what I do, then Give this body pillow a try
