For the third trimester I have used this every day to get some decent sleep so having a pillowcase cover change was essential.However, this product gets 3 stars versus 4 or 5 because it is VERY difficult to change the pillow cover, almost a ridiculous challenge. The design needs a zipper for easy pull on and off. Plus the curved inside seams at the ends are pulled so tight that it feels uncomfortable when laying on the body.
