This is the 2nd carrier that I have purchased (the first being an Ergo), and it seems to be well made and sturdy. Unfortunately, I can't get my son to sit in it for too long, and so I will probably end up returning/selling the item. I wouldn't place the blame for this on the carrier, just my son's preference (he is a MOVER and just wants to run). The only issue that I did run into, and the reason for taking off a star, is that I was constantly needing to adjust the shoulder piece as it kept riding up. Aside from that, the carrier was very comfortable, and this is with carrying around a 30 lb toddler.
